Festuca Glauca Elijah Blue is used primarily in ground cover, where she made many effects thanks to its thin bluish semi-evergreen foliage. Annual grooming is needed to extend the plant. It prefers a dry and sunny exposure, and ordinary soils rather dry and not too rich. She resists drought and heavy frost. The insignificant flowers bloom in the summer.
